Women United, an affinity group of United Way of Trumbull County, is a group of unstoppable women working together to ensure the future of the community they love.

Their mission is to mobilize the power of women to advance the common good in Trumbull County. Members invest their time, talent, and professional expertise to advance causes they are passionate about. 

​Women United is focused on making and keeping families healthy.  One of the first issues the group chose to tackle is the diabetes epidemic in Trumbull County.  More than 22,000 people in our community are struggling with this life-threatening disease.  It affects both their physical and financial well-being.  Women United is committed to helping people prevent and manage diabetes by growing awareness and providing financial assistance to those in need.  If you are pending Medicaid and need help with paying for your insulin, call our office at 330-369-1000 to apply for assistance.

Women United also helps individuals who are struggling with financial hardships due to medical setbacks.  It is our belief that every individual deserves a healthy life. A strong quality of life means having the health, stability, and financial security to live well—today and into the future. 

Women United serves women in our community by connecting them to resources at community events and through partnerships.
