ANNUAL MEETING & AWARDS LUNCHEON
Join us for our Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 21st at the Avalon Inn & Resort as we celebrate our impact in helping children and families thrive in Trumbull County.
Doors open at 11:30 am with an open buffet at 11:45 am. The program will begin promptly at 12:15 pm. During the program, United Way leaders will provide a review of the past year, a look forward to the coming year, and highlight the impact of our donors, advocators, and volunteers. Supporting businesses and individuals will be presented our annual Give, Advocate, Volunteer Awards for their outstanding commitment to United Way of Trumbull County.

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT DISCLAIMER
United Way of Trumbull County’s highest priority is the health and safety of its program clients, volunteers, donors, community partners and staff. At this time, United Way’s Annual Meeting is scheduled to go ahead as planned on May 21st, 2020. However, we are closely monitoring the developing situation with regards to COVID-19 and staying abreast of official guidance from state and federal health officials.
If the decision is made to postpone the Annual Meeting, United Way staff will notify guests as soon as possible. In the case of a postponement, guests will be offered a choice to be refunded or to be reserved for as advanced registration when rescheduled. If a guest has a conflict with the rescheduled date, refunds will be offered again at that time.
In the meantime, we encourage you to stay informed about the health situation and to protect yourself and others around you by taking the appropriate precautions to prevent the spread of germs and disease.
